The Randolph Neighborhood (Randolph) is a rectangular neighborhood in central Topeka with MacVicar Ave., 15th St., Randolph Ave., and 10th St. serving as boundary lines that covers an area of .26 square miles. Randolph is bordered on the NE by the Norton neighborhood, on the SE by the College Hill neighborhood and on the SW by the Collin’s Park neighborhood.

Randolph has an estimated population of 1,283 (2008).
